GET THE BALL OVER THE NET

The death of the serve and volley style means there is almost no reason to aim your ground strokes close to the net these days. Aim most of your rally shots at least a racquet length over the net. You might hit a few shots long but you should cut your net errors down. Also keep in mind that if you hit the ball long ,at least you can say you hit it over the net !
